Employee center Topic Header widget issue

Hello Everyone,

After changing the theme of employee center and reverting back to the OOB theme i am getting issue with one of the topic created mentioning topic header (Failing widget: 'Topic Header' (10e99777c38830105a09f0ad9840ddbd)) && Failing widget: 'Content Experience' (26b2b8cfff02201014c6a36cf43bf1a0).

Although for other topic it is not showing the issue. And also there is no change in the code for the widgets as those widgets are OOB.

Can you please help in resolving the issue.

The error is coming from Content Experience widget, most probably due to "Restricted Caller Access".

check this link on how to allow if you do not know already : Approve application restricted caller access privileges (servicenow.com)

Hi there,

I'm running into a similar situation every time I update the Employee Center header. Not sure if it's the same, though for me somehow a Restricted Caller Access Privilege record which was "Allowed" is set to "Invalidated". You can manually set it back to "Allowed".

System Applications > Application Restricted Caller Access

Search for Status = Invalidated

Kind regards,
Mark

I have verified the restricted caller access but  all are in allowed state and nothing is being shown as invalidated.
