Hi,
I have added a new Child Topics under Content Taxonomy called "Knowledge". This Topic does not show in the Header Menu. What should I do to add this along with IT?

Hi,
Did you already add a article or a service in the topic? Topics will only be shown.. when there is something in it where you as person are eligible for.

Thank you. I was hitting my head against the wall. Must be some kind of cache issue as you said.

This exact thing just happened to me in a personal dev instance. Trying to fiddle around with it while following a NowLearning video and it looked very different. Only IT showed with "IT for IT" as an option underneath. Everything else in the OOB demo data wasn't there. Eventually I threw some content into one of the taxonomy topics for HR to see if that was the issue. Refresh - nothing. Impersonate, there it is. End impersonation, it's still there. Very odd, especially considering my comment here more than a year after yours!

There exists a session cache on the Menu items within Employee center, The menu isn't refreshed within the same session. So adding topics / Navigation items will not be reflected on the same session. The user has to either log out and login or impersonate if he has impersonating permissions.
