END user not able to serach KB article on ESC portal

As admin ,KB creators , Kb manger can able to serach number on hopmepage serach of esc portal.

1.Can read -End user

2.ACL - working

3.AI search not using 

4.Admin , KBase-owner,Kbase-maganer can view this article. 

Issue:only on home search end user

Do Admin, KBase-woner, Kbase-manager also get the result when searching for it through the portal? If not, you are missing some links between the portal/search sources/knowledge base.

If they can, can you check on the KB can read as well? If the KB can't be read, the article can't either.
