Error message on Employee Center Report Widget

I am receiving the following error for one single user on the report widget on the employee center, I cannot replicate it for any other users.

Please review below points:
1. Ensure that the affected user has the necessary roles and permissions to view the report. Compare the user's roles with those of other users who do not experience the issue.
2. Sometimes user-specific preferences or personalizations might cause issues. Clear the user's cache and any customizations related to the widget.
3. Check the report configuration and data source to ensure there are no filters or conditions that could exclude or limit data visibility for the specific user.
4. Check the system logs for any errors or warnings that occur when the affected user tries to generate the chart. Look for any specific messages that could point to the cause of the issue.
5. Ensure that the data being used to generate the report is not corrupted or incomplete for the specific user. Validate if the user's data differs significantly from others.
6. Confirm that the issue is not browser-specific. Have the user try accessing the report from a different browser or device.
7. If you have access to developer tools, use them to debug the report widget. Look for JavaScript errors or failed network requests that might provide clues.
8. Verify if there is any data specific to the user that might be causing the issue, such as unusually large data sets, special characters, or null values.
9. Create a test user with identical roles and data to the affected user to see if the issue can be replicated. This can help isolate whether the problem is user-specific or data-specific.
10. As a last resort, try recreating the report from scratch to ensure there are no underlying issues with the current report configuration.
