error while ordering the item

when user completed his order of a catalog item through portal he's getting either the data does not....can anyone help me in this?

It seems You have already checked this KB article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0751522
And there might be some query business rule or ACL which is blocking the access to the record for the user. Check if the user has right permissions.
