Global is the current application

Hi Team,

I'm unable to edit the form . It's asking me to click on here to edit the fields every time when we refresh the page.

How to overcome that?

Hi @Teja K A ,

The reason for this is that you're currently operating within the Global application scope. You're attempting to modify a record in the Human Resources Application, from the Global scope. To resolve this, you can switch from Global to Human Resources using the application scope option available on banner of  ServiceNow homepage.
