Esc feedback how to direclty show the feedback window without having to click on the horizontal bar

would one of you know how we can trigger directly the feedback window when the user go to the portal instead of the user having to click on the horizontal bar?

You can configure this via the sn_ex_sp_pro_feedback_definition record, opting for a widget trigger of 'delay' and a delay of 0

Not sure how to add a widget trigger of delay....

I tried the different type option to see if I could find this trigger but I definitely have missed something somewhere.

Hi Kieran,

many thanks, I realized the plugin version had to be updated to get the delay and feedback type available.

One last quesiton though, in order to see the windows appearing shall I add the drawer widget on all pages where I would need to have the survey potentially triggered ?
