Esc feedback how to direclty show the feedback window without having to click on the horizontal bar

would one of you know how we can trigger directly the feedback window when the user go to the portal instead of the user having to click on the horizontal bar?

Hi,

The sn_ex_sp_pro_feedback_definition record instructs the experience widget to show either on all pages, a selection, or all (but include some exclusions). This is where you can control the display method

Ok so no need to add widget to the page it will be driven directly bu the configuration right ? Just to be sure 🙂
