I understand Estimated Time To Resolve (ETTR) is visible for Employees/Requestors on EC Portal, but where exactly?
Is it visible on the Record Producer page? Employee clicks a particular HR Service and lands to the Record Producer page, will ETTR be visible or will it be visible only after all the details are filled and submitted on the Record producer page? (Only after the case is created)
