I tried to add a catalog item in favorite, But it's showing the below error., It's working in non-prod instances, only issue is in the prod instance,
We have something "Enable Favourites" option is available while creating a portal or on a portal record. Go to Service Portal>portals Add "Enable Favorites" to your list view of portals and make sure it is TRUE
