FedEx status to be shown to the end user on ESC portal

Hi,
We have an integration with Fedex via power automate which brings Fedex related data to a custom table.
Now this custom table has SC_Task details as well as Fedex status related details.
We want to show this to the end user on their ESC portal, when they open a request and RITM related.
We are adding an additional comment with a Fedex URL link that will land them on the Fedex page with the tracking ID to track their Hardware deliveries.
What we are looking for is that, instead of the end user clicking and checking the URL everytime, we will update the RITM ticket itself with the status related. But this will add so many additional comments which trigger end user notifications. Instead we want to put this on the ServiceNow SP/ESC portal like shown in the picture. Is there a way to achieve this inside SN? We are looking for something similar to be shown on the Ticket page.
