Hi there,
"How to add watchlist in portal ?"
Not.
Actually for one customer at this moment I've got a Support Case open for the same. Manually you can't add the Watchlist field (a Business Rule prevents this). You can add it through background script, though the presentation is not the same as the other fields. Also you can't add persons, like what was shown on the Docs before.
So far no good progress on the Support Case unfortunately.
