How to add watchlist in portal ?

Hi everyone,

In the employee center>> My requests . we can able to see Opened for , subject person and assigned to but how we can add watchlist person in the place of assigned to.

My goal is to configure something like this.. Provide me the possible ways to achieve this.

"How to add watchlist in portal ?"

Not.

Actually for one customer at this moment I've got a Support Case open for the same. Manually you can't add the Watchlist field (a Business Rule prevents this). You can add it through background script, though the presentation is not the same as the other fields. Also you can't add persons, like what was shown on the Docs before.

So far no good progress on the Support Case unfortunately.
