How to hide the Org Chart link in the Employee Center mega-menu

I just found this out and figured I'd share with the group.   Org Chart is still using the old menu application not the new Taxonomy stuff which is why it isn't there.  To disable Org Chart from your header menu do this:

  1. Go to the menu associated with your portal ("Employee Center Menu" for Employee Center)
  2. In the "Menu Items" related list, select "Org Chart"
  3. Set active to "false" (active may not be on the Menu Item form, you can add it or just double click  and edit it directly in the related list, just be sure your application scope is set to "Employee Center")

The type of content you have shared is a Question. Copy your content over to an Article , it would benefit more members of the community. You will find the Article link under Post Content section on the right side of the Community homepage.
