How to change background color for taxonomy title in Employee center

How to change this blue color bar to any other color. Because while inspecting this color , no css attributes is visible , Not sure from which page and which widget is coming up. Can someone let me know, How to change this ?

One way could be to update the EC Theme record associated with the Employee Center portal record, and specifically in the CSS variables field "$sp-navbar-divider-color".
