How to Configure Standard Ticket actions for Requested Items in Employee center Portal?

Hi,

How we can configure the Ticket actions on RITM on Standard ticket page in EC Portal?

We already have OOB Actions for Incident.

Hi,

Ensure you are in Service Portal Standard Ticket scope

Ensure you replicate what is present for incident on RITM as well

OR

customize it as per your requirement
