Good Day,
users with business stakeholder cannot see approval details in employee center my task widget.
I tried creating read ALC on requested item table but still no luck.
I have check user have below roles because of the business stakeholder
1.sn_request_approver_read
2. approver_user
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

Only Approver with Approver_user role can approve the request.
sn_request_approver_read is only for reading approval record.
I guess business stakeholder's role conflicting, that's why not working. You can raise a case(Hi Ticket) to ServiceNow support for their assistance on this conflicting role.
