How to display rich text content in the Employe Center Pro?

Maybe I'm looking to do something SNow doesn't do. I would like to get away from using Knowledge Articles as the base where all of the come hither and gather around notices are linked to from the banner on the homepage. I think it would help reduce the search clutter by separating them out.

Is it possible to create an area in the Employee Center where rich text content can be accessed from a link in the homepage banner and display similar to how a Knowledge Article would? Not looking to do anything other than have a breadcrumb trail at the top under the Mega Menu, e.g., Home > Announcements >, where Home is selected would redirect the user back to the ECP homepage and Announcements would display list report of active announcement related records.

I've looked and would surmise no one else is looking to do this because I cannot find anything on this.

Hoping some of you might have some thoughts I can throw into my pdi and test out.

Could someone answer this question please? What widget need to be added to the topic page to display rich text?

When you go to publish your content, you need to pick the 'emp_taxonomy_topic' page and the 'Topic Rich Content' widget, it will then show the fields for Taxonomy and allow you to add multiple topics

I'm not referencing the Rich Content but instead Rich Text content. Please reference my screenshots. I am looking for which widget you can reference on the topic page to show the Rich text content. I cannot use the Rich Content widget to display rich text content

@haleyhudgens2 each content type is associated with certain widgets.

Please look at Content Publishing > Advanced > Content Types. Rich text is associated with Announcements (CD) widget. In the publish plan form, widget list pulls all the instances of Announcements (CD) you have added to portal pages.
