How to edit "contact us for help " on esc portal

I couldn't find that widget as well in my PDI

Please go to the sn_ex_sp_static_content table (Employee Center → Get Support module) and edit the “Contact us” record.

If you want to update contact us information under Get Support in ESC Portal you should use - Get Support in left navigation -> Open Contact Us static content and update as per your requirement. Please see my screenshots.
