How to edit "contact us for help " on esc portal

Can someone suggest how to edit this widget on esc portal

did you check how that widget renders that contact us?

I couldn't find that widget as well in my PDI

Hi @Prasanna_Patil ,

Please go to the sn_ex_sp_static_content table (Employee Center → Get Support module) and edit the “Contact us” record.
