How to make the Telephone details available in employee center ESC.

How to make the Telephone details available in employee center ESC. 

I want to have on esc  click--->Telephone Details ---> navigate to other page--->Few fields should be available like Location, Name,Department Name,UserID,Telephone   & if we search over location we get the list of users with that location,,Search with the number then details of user should come.

 

 

Please suggest if any alternative is available.

Hi @Sheetal18 ,

So you want to permit users to search using a phone number, which will then return the user it belongs to?

 

If you are using AI Search in your Employee Center, you could setup a new AI Search app to achieve this. You could then maybe add a new Quicklink or Topic called Telephone Details, that brings the user to a page with a typeahead widget configured to use your new AI Search app. 

Can you give me how to start I am a beginner so need support with the initial steps

Might be difficult to step it out for you here as there is a number of things you need to configure. Our Product Doc site has all the elements needed

As I start I'd suggest to look at how the OOTB Ai Searches are configured. That can be a good guide on then creating your own where folks can search for Telephone numbers.
