How to make the topics visible in the Taxonomy/Mega menu of ESC portal

Hi team,

I was trying to add a topic to the existing taxanomy which is getting displayed in Mega menu.
I created the topic under the taxonomy, added the contents. But it is not getting reflected. Is there anything that I need to do apart from these two steps.

Employee test taxonym is added to the portal

It was an issue with advanced portal navigation. It worked once it got synced manually.
