How to open Employee Service Center potal ?

I'm doing my mini project on HRSD(HR service delivery). I'm unable to get into the Employee service center portal.

can any one guide me to get into the Employee service center portal. So that portal should look like below picture.

@Teja K A Please check if you have Employee Service Center plugin installed on your instance. Once verified, you can simply navigate to the portal by type /esc in the browser's address bar after your instance URL.

@Sandeep Rajput Thank you . I just installed Employee Service center plugin and I could able to open that portal now.
