How to remove "Request password reset" link from "Get support" menu available in ESC Portal

I want to know how to remove one of the link "Request Password reset" which pops up on click of "Get support" menu in ESC Portal Homepage. Please refer the screenshots below and it's OOB :

did you check the widget? you might have to clone it and hide it
