How to set PageID along with Topic ID as homepage in service portal?

How to set PageID along with Topic ID as homepage in service portal?

Ex: In HomePage, I was able to set Page that's it. like below

/customportal?id=customhomepage

But I want to pass something like below..

/customportal?id=customhomepage&topic_id=3d4b6d01234d2105b0f346efaba09d6

is it possible?

May I know where are you exactly looking to achieve it? on click of something on the homepage or taxonomy topic?
