How to tune search results in service portal (ESC)

Hi Community,

We have kind of interesting issue with the search results in service portal. There are two catalog items related to SAP. One is record producer (INC) and the second is request. Both have pretty same name "SAP / Vision - Report an issue" vs "SAP / Vision - Other request". When user type just "SAP" as a query string in search the record producer is always higher in search results than request. At first glance it does not look like an issue but the problem is that users more often decide to use record producer even if they want to request for something related to SAP.

So, question arise. Is it possible to tune search results so the request item will be higher in search results ?  I have tried to play with meta/keywords, but with no luck so far.

We have configured a number of search sources. We do not use AI Search. We are on Xanadu patch7.

HI @Artur Jarzyna,

In your case SEO (Search engine optimization) would help you. You need to optimize your catalog with seo standards specialy playing with Keywords to outrank one catalog over the other. You must also consider some fields like name, description , meta description, category name, URL etc to focus on ranking.

I hope this helps...
