Hello guys,

I need your help again.

I cloned the OOB widget from ESC portal "my_requests" and after I put my cloned widget in the page I am getting the following error messages. 

I need your help with where are this script include function called in the instance? I see some filter in the name. What do I need to change in order to not see these errors anymore? I want to mention that I cannot find those scripts in the instance.

Then why did you accept your answer as solution? 

And your answer even states "Yes, I know what you are saying, but it's not present on the cross scope privileges..." and now you are saying you have no access to them. What is it? They aren't there or you have insufficient rights to see them. If it's the last one, it's easy: find someone that does.

Nobody has the role. The role was removed in the past, now, we don't see anything related with HR CASES (any table/record that starts with "sn_").

Then you need to create a case with NowSupport explaining what you are missing. They can grant you the access needed if there are no users on the platform that can.
