As per customer requirement have installed HR Success Dashboard Indicator in lower instance.

1.There is one filter called "Service Group" & it has 2 option " HR" & "All Service Group".
Can someone please help about OOB configuration of Service Group for HR & All Service Group, i mean where can we check this configuration in backend?
2. what is "All Service Group" ? Like data or indicators will include all service groups, not just HR. ServiceNow often organizes various services into different groups & categories. This could be IT, Finance etc., Please assist my correct understanding of point 2.
