Hi,
I have created two External links, which do not appear in the Employee center portal.
Created a quick link record. Its asking me to associate it to a "Topic". Its appearing under a Topic. Which I do not want.
I want it to appear only under "Quick Link" and not under a topic. That is the requirement I have got.
OR
Is it possible to create a "Quick Links" Menu and add these two external page links/URL's under that?
Please guide?
Thanks,
Vaishnavi

Hello @Vaishnavi35 ,
For this u need to go to navigator type "External Links" --> click on new --> create a record for ur external link.
Then in navigator type "Quick Links"(inside employee center)--> click on new --> select content_type as "external link" --> select ur external link which u had created from lookup --> mark active --> save
Then go to esc portal and in quick links widget u can control which quick link u want to display in the portal.
Steps: Ctrl + Right click on widget "quick link" --> instance options.
If u want quick link should be page then u don't need to create external link, only u need to go to quick links and choose content type as page. So select as per ur requirements.
@Vaishnavi35 , Please click on "Accept as Solution" and "Helpfuls." If my answer works for you.
Thank you.
