Hi @jbasquinas,
what motivates you to think that? I don't think it will be deprecated and if so, then definitely not any day soon... EC is replacing service portal, so it makes no sense to deprecate it.
Why do you ask, any reason?

I heard about this from one of our "contact vendor" and wanted to see if anyone else has received similar news about EC Pro. I share concerns about what could replace EC Pro if it’s eventually deprecated. It would be useful to hear any updates or information others might have, as knowing possible alternatives will help us plan. If you have any insights or have heard anything further, please share your thoughts.

Hi @jbasquinas ,
There is no official deprecation announcement for ServiceNow Employee Center Pro in the ServiceNow documentation or roadmap.
In fact, the opposite is happening — the product is actively being enhanced and released with new features.

Thank you, Maiti. I did see the recent releases for EC Pro, but I wanted to hear others’ thoughts to see if anyone else has come across similar news about EC Pro. I share the same concerns regarding what might replace EC Pro if this feature is eventually deprecated. It would be helpful to discuss any information or updates others may have heard, as understanding potential alternatives is important for our planning. 😉
