IT Services Topic not associated with the Employee center Portal

BY default IT Services Topic should be associated with the Employee center portal (as per ServiceNow documentation)but here in my case It is not appearing on Mega Menu, even though I have installed required plugins. Could you please help me to fix this issue.

Hey @venkatesh76 few reasons why a topic may not be rendering in the Mega Menu
- First check the Taxonomy record enabled on the Employee Center. If your using OOTB or a Demo instance, a sample Taxonomy will be provided.
- Next check there is connected content in the topic. If there is no connected content, the topic will not render in the mega menu
- Finally check User Criteria in the connected content. User Criteria is used through Catalog Items and Knowledge Articles to control who can see various Topics. If you do not meet the User Criteria, it will be hidden

I have followed the steps suggested by you still couldn't able to see the Child topics in Employee center Portal.
Please suggest any alternative way to fix this ,Thanks

Also please provide steps to verify user criteria I couldn't see any User criteria options in Catalog item Quick links and Knowledge articles.
