ITIL users are unable to view records through the global text search feature

 

However, administrators have the ability to see the records by conducting a search using the typeahead search widget. Additionally, ITIL users can access the pm_project records from the platform view, but ITIL users are unable to view projects records in the esc portal.

 

The setup of index sources for task table has been generated to enable this functionality.
