Malformed container on Portal

I had someone helping me with Employee center

they dragged the Appointment widget to the container and its now showing this on the page

When I look at the page in Page designer, I am not seeing this block

IS there a way to find this to remove it?

ok, i was able to set to Active - false and that removed them for the time being
