Moveworks webchat icon is not displaying on the esc portal

I am currently facing an issue with the Moveworks WebChat integration on the ESC portal. The WebChat icon is not being displayed as expected.


We have followed the provided documentation - https://apc01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.moveworks.com%2Fai-assistant%...

and completed all the required configurations, including:

  • Installation of the Moveworks plugin in ServiceNow
  • Bot setup in Moveworks
  • Uploading the JKS certificate in ServiceNow
  • Configuring the corresponding CRT file in Moveworks

Despite completing these steps, the WebChat icon still does not appear on the portal. Upon further investigation, we observed the following error in the browser console:

“Framing and unsafe content”

I have also added a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Could you please assist us in diagnosing and resolving this issue?

Can you servicenow Documentation and validate  your implemented steps.

Moveworks for Employee Center reference 

 

Just check this KB : KB1751384 Virtual Agent Chat Icon is not visible on the PORTAL  , if it helps on your troubleshooting process.
