Hi Team,

Can we customize My Items widget to show it as tabs and card view.
not only primary activity but I would like to have card view for secondary activities as well.

Yes, the OOB My Active Items widget in the ServiceNow Employee Center can be customized to modify its layout, appearance, and display behavior.
