My PDI has been in waking up mode for 4 days, could anyone please help me.

Hi @AJAAYP
As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :
- Wait, it should come back after some time.
- when you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.

@AJAAYP If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

I had the same problem, offline for days and refreshing did not help. If you don't have any important information on your PDI just release and request a new one. You will be up in 5min.
