Updated Employee Center plugins -> Employee Center v38.0.5, Employee Center Core v38.0.3
After updating the Employee Center plugins, Quick Links are no longer displaying in the order defined under Instance Options.
We need the quick links to appear in a specific order.
How can we resolve this?

This issue is documented in PRB1916333. The following KB article provides a workaround:

A fix for this issue is scheduled to be released in the December 2025 release of the Employee Center plugin.

I noticed this, too, and submitted a support case earlier this week. They are still looking into it.

I heard back from my case this morning, and SN said it was a product defect, and will be fixed with the Dec 2025 plugin update.
