AI search

Hello! 

We use ServiceNow, and Employee Center/Pro for the intranet of our organization. I feel like we are not leveraging the full capabilities of ServiceNow though. 

Are there any products or applications that would run similar to how Google does? Where they can type in their search question or keywords, it gives them a summary of a quick general answer, and then links them to the knowledge article or page where they found the information? 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
