Yokohama Patch 6
Updated Employee Center plugins -> Employee Center v38.0.5, Employee Center Core v38.0.3
After updating the Employee Center plugins, Quick Links are no longer displaying in the order defined under Instance Options.
We need the quick links to appear in a specific order.
How can we resolve this?
Thank you

This issue is documented in PRB1916333. The following KB article provides a workaround:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2435419
A fix for this issue is scheduled to be released in the December 2025 release of the Employee Center plugin.

Now Support fixed this issue on our Test instance. It involved script include QuickLinkUtilSNC which has read-only protection. I have requested an update set or other means that we can use to apply this to our production instance. This has not yet been provided by Now Support.

Applied the update set from the article and it fixed the problem in my case, so can confirm the article fix works with the update set.

Hi @sunilsargam,
I can no longer access the knowledge article; it appears that ServiceNow removed access to it.
From what I recall, the fix involved script include QuickLinkUtilSNC. I don't think I still have a copy of the update set that was provided but I will look for it.
@GarethH1 - are you able to access the Knowledge article?
Regards
