Quick links in Employee Center

Hi,

I wanted to add KB articles as Quick Links to one topic and I want those links to open in new tab. Is there a way to configure this somehow (opening links in new tab)?

Hi @DariaZ 

You can achieve this by creating a quick link of type external link. While creating the external link make sure you provide the complete KB URL with https. For example: https://{instance}.service-now.com/esc?id=kb_article&sysparm_article={kbId} . You can associate this Quick Link to topic which will act as external link.
