Quick links widget does show "page" content type. Only shows "Knowledge article" or "Catalog item" content types via Employee Center

I am trying to present "walkup_online_checking" page on Employee Center portal using quick links widget. I use two step procedure to add the page to quick links -
1. Add the "walkup_online_checking" page under quick links module
2. Add this page through quick link widget (Portal designer)
Somehow, all other content type show up there on Employee Center except where the content type is "page".
PS: The above mentioned procedure works fine on PDI, and doesn't work on the commercial instance (Rome).
Has somebody seen this behaviour, and knows any fix?

Hi Rahul,
When we resolve a page type quick link, it looks if the user viewing the quick link has access to the page. If the user does not have access the quick link is hidden. Similar to how the available for works.
Best wishes,
Akash Das

Hi Rahul,
This seems to be permission with the page. Can you please check the target table can view criteria? Also even if does not work then try to use an external link (provide SN page url) type as a temp workaround.
Please mark as correct answer or helpful if the provided response resolved your query!

Thanks! I have got the issue fixed by ServiceNow support.
The issue seemed to have occurred due to a known error in Employee Center / Rome The issue occurs when Service Portal User Criteria plugin is installed and gets fixed in version 25.0.3 of the Employee Center pro App.
