In the "my items" widget If we go to TASK, It also shows all the "no approval required" tasks also.

Our requirement Is to filter-out those task whose approval are not required.

How could we filter-out these?

here you can edit the filter accordingly. It applies to "your portal" as well. which fields should display which should not?

ohh okay, thanks for this info.

My request shows where request for/open by is Me. But under "My Task" it shows which required my approval. I guess both pointing to different tables.

Hi @MohitSaxena ,

Can you please explain what does your "My Items" widget's "Task" activity refers to? As I have checked that the both tables sc_task, sc_req_task and task have an Approval field but it doesn't have a choice value of "no approval required".

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @faiqabatool , Thanks for your reply

Sorry I didn't mention it is related to Employee center -my Items widget.

below are the Task which I want to hide from the widgets. which are no longer required.

You also have noticed in Change records that If any person approves from a group, others record shows as "Not required" in approval related List.

@MohitSaxena This is your PDI instance and this seems to be state data, I dnt believe you will run into this issue in actual instance.

I dnt think you need to make any changes for this. Are you seeing this anywhere in your actual instance?
