Hi all.
We have an issue on our employee center where order guides don't seem to be included in the calculation behind the "Sort by popular" items on a topic page, as it's in the bottom even though it's the one being used the most. I know we can fix this by making the order guide a featured piece of content, but I would like to understand how the "Popular" calculation works, and if it only considers catalog items/requests and articles, and not order guides?

An Order Guide is just a collection of items you can order together. The used items are calculated towards 'popular'.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hmm ok. And no way to change that? Because the order guide - and thereby the end-users' entry point - is used very much even though the specific catalog items might not be used most. So for the end users, it makes sense to have the order guide in the top since it's being clicked so much.
But your answer makes sense, I would just like to be able to change it 🙂
