Rich(er) Text Options in Content Publisher Case Like Bullet Lists and Numbered Lists Not Available

Hi all,

We are running into some roadblocks with the content editor in the Content Publisher for the ServiceNow Employee Center, as it doesn’t seem to allow things like bulleted lists, numbered lists, or paragraph indenting, it just allows:

  • bold

  • italic

  • underline

  • strikethrough

  • link

This is even on articles of type Rich text.

 

Is this the intended functionality and there really aren't any richer options or is there something that we can enable on the backend or customize?

As part of 31.0.3 release, we allow editing HTML/CSS. This feature should help you achieve some advance things.
Refer - Editing source code in the Rich Content Editor 

Keep an eye out for enhancements in upcoming releases!
