RITM Search redirects to backend on Employe Service Center

Hi Everyone, 

I am encountering an issue with the redirection of searched RITMs on the Employee Service Center. When I enter an RITM number and view the results, clicking on the record redirects me to the backend. 

Could you please confirm if this is the expected behavior, or advise on how to resolve this issue?
