Dear community,

I need to know the latest role mappings for the following products, as we are checking the usage of roles for each product:

 

PROD11355 / IT Service Management Professional

PROD11382 / Customer Service Management Professional

PROD15028 / Business Stakeholder

PROD15405 / HR Service Delivery Enterprise

PROD13074 / App Engine

PROD15033 / Software Asset Management Professional

PROD14947 / Workplace Service Delivery

PROD11377 / IT Business Management Planner

PROD14997 / IT Operations Management Visibility

PROD14998 / IT Operations Management Health

PROD15103 / Safe Workplace Standard

PROD16063 / Operational Technology Visibility

PROD12492 / Agile Team

PROD16953 / Strategic Portfolio Management Professional

 

I cannot find the latest list, but I did find an Excel file from November 2022 that defines the roles mapped to each product for some of them.

 

Kindly, could anyone please provide a list of the latest role mappings?

ServiceNow moved it inside the instance now. Details and link on article on how to access below.

 

Logon to the instance.

  1. Use Navigator and enter "license_role.list" to view the Subscription Roles table.
  2. Choose the fields to display from the Personalize List cog wheel.
  3. Choosing Name, Application and Role Type to understand the ServiceNow OOB roles in the instance, to which application they are primarily associated and their type.
