Hi,
I have disabled the default icon and added 3 images.
I have even added the icon in the topic,
The icons do not appear on the Portal.
Thanks,

Hello @Vaishnavi35 ,
As per my understanding, it is due to the size of the image. The image size should be 112x112.
Please try with an image size of 112x112.
And also check by clicking on the topic (ctrl + right click -> instance option). The Show Topic Icon should be checked.
Note: Sometimes it will take a few hours to display on the portal.
@Vaishnavi35 , Use any image resizer app online or Paint to resize the image to 112x112 and then upload it.
Thank you!

Hi Khushboo,
Its of 112*112 dimensions only.
"Show Topic Icons" is checked under "Instance Options".
Waited a complete day still no luck. The icons do not appear.
Anything else did I miss?
1. I have added 3 Images(for 3 topics) under System UI -> Images
2. Added icons under Content Taxonomy -> Topics (for the 3 topics)
The icon appears when I click on "Browse all IT"
But does not appear for "Popular Topics" widget on the landing page.
Appreciate your help!
Thanks,
Vaishnavi

@Vaishnavi35 , Strange!!!
As the image is uploaded, the only thing is that it is not visible. Nothing you miss, I guess.
