Role required to view comment field on the Table x_autps_a_spf_service_portal_feedback

Does anyone know which role is required to view the comment field on the table   x_autps_a_spf_service_portal_feedback 

The table lists but does not show any values in "comment" , Admin role can see the comment value.

This seems like a Custom table you have created !!

You need to check in the Table if you have any roles being setup.

It is the Survey Portal Feedback Table with items prefixed with SPF , I do not believe it is custom , I thought it was an OOB Widget ? I can view the feedback item (SPF) just not the comment field
