Save as Template

Hello,

 

On ESC we have the possibility to Save as Draft one record. I would like to know if it's possible to save it as a Template so it could be reused many times (for same or similar topics / issues) ?

Hi @Nenad Berbatovi , Yes, in Employee Service Center (ESC), you can save a record as a draft, but if you want to reuse it multiple times as a template, there are a few options to consider.

One approach is to use Record Producers in the Service Catalog, where you can create predefined templates for common requests or issues. This allows users to quickly generate records with pre-filled information, making the process more efficient.

If you're looking for a more personalized solution, you can explore Templates in Agent Workspace (if applicable) or configure a custom solution using UI scripts or Business Rules to allow users to create and reuse their own templates.

Would this be for a specific type of record (e.g., case, incident, request)?
