Hi everyone,
I've been thinking recently about how to build my career based on ServiceNow, I'm interested in everything except programming/coding. Can you help me find such a direction? Associate System Administrator, Associate Change Adoption Specialist, Support Specialist Levels, Technical Project Manager Levels - are these the right directions or do you have an idea for something else?
Best regards, greensponge - Kate

Hi @Greensponge100 ,
There are other domains in ServiceNow which you can explore which doesn't require programing code. Like Business Analyst, Techno Functional role, Project Manager role etc. But for that you should have good knowledge of platform, architecture of ServiceNow and module specific process knowledge (like HRSD, ITSM, CSM etc.)
You gain these knowledge from ServiceNow now learning platform and as of now ServiceNow is providing all courses. Also you can refer the youtube videos on various ServiceNow topic/module. You can find very good content over there.
You can signup and access various courses from this link: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/servicenow
I won't consider System administrator because to troubleshoot issues in the ServiceNow one should have good knowledge of programing or at least know how code works.
If my response helped, please hit the Thumb Icon and accept the solution so that it benefits future readers.
Regards,
Rohit
