Show catalog item based on Order in Service Portal

Hello Experts,

 

How to display Catalogue item based on their Order defined on Service Portal. Currently, it is displaying in Alphabetical order, but we need to show it in terms of order. There are 10 catalog items defined under 1 category and we need to display it based on order and not in terms of alphabets. Below screenshot for reference: The one that has number ending with 007 should be displayed above 016 as per requirement. How to achieve this?

@shohebshaikh,  have you already tried setting order on the catalog items?

Go to Service Catalog > Maintain Items

Personalize list columns and add Order column

Filter the category and set integer value in Order to the catalog items as desired

Hi Pooja,

 

Orders are defined but still it's not getting displayed as per order in the portal view. Any changes need to be made on the widget to define the order of these catalogue items?
