Show Parent taxonomy topic as a single column not below another it should be in straight line.

I have requirements to show Child topics in straight line As shown in screenshot. Could you please let me know how we can do this.

Developer services and Testing additional child topics are parents to other topics. You can go to the Taxonomy and check child topics order.

If you just want those two topics, Once you remove that relationship and change order, they can be added under Hardware and software.

Also, wouldn't that confuse end users? If you see topics below Hardware, all of them are related to Hardware. Placing Developer Services under that

"Developer services" and "Testing additional child topics" are parent topics. I have seven parent topics, but their alignment appears uneven both vertically and horizontally. I want to present them in a well-organized format topics.

You can also use Advanced Portal Navigation to achieve the layout like below screenshot.
